Was clicking through blog links and stumbled across the best read I have found in a while. Though I have yet to leave a message saying hi to this sweet girl I believe that she's a terrific person! So if anyone of you would like the best blog read read Irene's blog. I absolutely love the way she writes and it depicts honesty and helps me know her in my own way. Perhaps it is the way she potrays her daily life and is so frank about her thoughts that it allows for a lot of us to be able to connect to her. Once again its highly recommended!

Sunday proved to be uneventful. Since last week we have not gone to the gym and each and everyday I come home from work tired. One of my best bud, Kris was mentioning how tired she was each day after work and I kept pestering her to join the gym but she has yet to! Now 2 weeks of not attending has made me feel really really unhealthy, weak and lethargic. We had to postpone our 2 sessions with Goce because firstly, Fel had a slight fever the previous week and then last Thursday we were running so late we could not make it. On other days I either had to stay late at work or Fel was busy with his assignments. Its funny how I was someone who would never step foot in the gym but now I'm so used to going there at least thrice a week that not going for a mere 2 weeks have already slowed me down in every way.

Today I drove all the way to Flemington to get my hair trimmed and Fel's hair cut. We stumbled out of bed to get dressed whilst bugging each other to make a move on it we did make it to our appointment but 15 minutes late. Because of our tardiness we did not have breakfast nor lunch and once we were done I felt so sick that I couldn't even think straight. Fel pestered me to eat at one of the restaurants and well after I chose one that was relatively empty for a quick bite (bad choice!) I basically felt worse after that. I got Fel to drive me back to my apartment instead and tried to sleep it off after drinking 3 glasses of hot water infused with lemon juice (try it, one of the best natural readily available medicine!). I'm just so sensitive to certain foods that as a child I could only eat home cooked food. When I started going to primary school I even had to pack lunch, being a kid obviously I wanted to join the crowd and well bad idea. My mom would have to come get me countless times and bring me to the doctors. As a teenager, again I tried to be adventurous and ate at some "mamak" place, that night itself I was admitted to the hospital!

I remember when I was still in Malaysia every other teenager would be hanging out at "mamak" stalls and I could never eat there. Everyone thought I was just trying to be a princess and not believing that I couldnt eat the yummilicious food. Well Chinese have this believe that if you eat more of what you are allergic to you just get immune to it, but nopes has never happened to me!

By the way, hows my haircut? I think its fine I mean all I did was trim it. My mom came home and said don't go back there! I'm like why? She went "Go back to your regular hairdresser in the city and get it professionally cut. Don't try these cheap places that just ruin your hair." In short my mom has forbidden me to pay a mere $15 for a haircut but rather me pay a minimum of $50 for one. In her opinion, since I'm working now, my outlook is extremely important and so is my hair. *shrugs shoulders* Trust me my mom is really pretty funny. Alrighty wanna get my tummy warm again, it just feels so cold after that incident today. Need more lemon water!
